Founders

Kenneth Reisman, Ph.D.

Ken has devoted his career to understanding how intelligent systems grow and evolve. As an undergraduate at Tufts University, Ken studied artificial intelligence and the philosophy of mind. He proceeded to Stanford University, where he received graduate degrees in philosophy and biological sciences, wrote his doctoral dissertation on the evolution of human culture, and was awarded a National Science Foundation fellowship. He has since published papers on evolutionary theory, cognitive science, and computational modeling. Prior to Pluribo, Ken also worked at McKinsey & Company as a strategy consultant, and has been involved with several tech startups. Ken's passion for intelligent systems continues at Pluribo, where he leads R&D on a new breed of system for summarizing human opinions.

Samidh Chakrabarti

Throughout his career, Samidh has nurtured his belief that knowledge can transform the human condition. As a graduate of the MIT Artificial Intelligence Lab, Samidh completed research in knowledge-based systems. He was then awarded a Marshall Scholarship for graduate study in England, where he focused on understanding the interplay between technology & society, graduating with degrees in History of Science from Oxford University, and Technology Policy from Cambridge University. Later, to hone his skills in delivering high impact technologies to the market, Samidh joined McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. Samidh draws on these diverse experiences in engineering research, social analysis, and business strategy to ensure that Pluribo's technologies maximally empower people's lives.
